Climate change is one of the biggest geopolitical challenges facing states and peoples in 21st century. It can be said without exaggeration that climate a multiplier conflicts associated with growth socio-political instability global stratification societies, increased migration pressure, more frequent large-scale natural disasters form forest fires floods, causing serious social consequences, etc. warming still not entirely clear even to specialists, but consequences seem very threatening existence entire human civilization. Under influence warming, concepts carbon neutrality energy transition have emerged become widespread.
